NCT ID NCT07360652

First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a short elastic band warm-up during rest periods can improve vertical jump performance in highly trained female volleyball players. About 30 athletes from national-level teams will take part, each doing both a standard rest and an elastic band rewarm-up in random order. Jump height and power will be measured using a special system to see if the elastic band helps players jump higher during simulated match play.
