Summary

This study is testing an investigational drug called ELA026 for people with secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (sHLH), a rare and life-threatening condition where the immune system becomes dangerously overactive. The main goals are to see if ELA026 is safe, if it can help control the disease, and if it improves survival. The study is open to adults and children (ages 6 and up) who are newly diagnosed or whose sHLH has not responded to prior treatments.
