New drug targets brain inflammation in Alzheimer's

Summary

This study tests a new drug called EI-1071 in 15 people with mild to severe Alzheimer's disease. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable over 4 weeks, and to measure its effect on brain inflammation using PET scans. Participants must have stable Alzheimer's symptoms and not be on other experimental treatments.
