New drug targets brain inflammation in Alzheimer's

Summary

This study tests a new drug called EI-1071 in 15 people with mild to severe Alzheimer's disease. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and can reduce brain inflammation, which is thought to play a role in Alzheimer's. Participants will take the drug daily for 28 days and have brain scans to measure changes.
