Can gaming and group activities help struggling teens feel better?

NCT ID NCT07489365

Summary

This study tested whether a 25-week program called eHOOD is practical and acceptable for teens facing social and emotional challenges. The program combined weekly group activities like exercise, cooking, education, and online gaming to promote well-being and healthy habits. Researchers primarily wanted to see if they could successfully run and measure such a program, not to prove it works yet.
