Summary
This study is testing a new digital support tool designed to help people who have finished treatment for head and neck cancer. The tool helps survivors track symptoms, learn self-management skills, and get structured support from nurses through their smartphones or tablets. Researchers want to see if this digital approach improves quality of life compared to standard follow-up care.
