Summary
This study tests a nurse-led eHealth support tool for adults who have finished treatment for head and neck cancer. The tool helps track symptoms, provides self-care tips, and offers survivorship support during follow-up visits. Researchers want to see if it improves quality of life and reduces symptom burden. Thirty participants will use the tool and report their well-being over six months.
