Summary

This study is testing whether a daily dietary supplement made from eggshell membrane can improve signs of aging in the skin and hair. Over 12 weeks, 100 healthy adults aged 35-65 will take either the supplement or a placebo pill. Researchers will use special tools and photos to measure changes in skin elasticity, hydration, wrinkles, and hair thickness.
