New egg collection technique tested for women struggling with fertility

Summary
This study is testing whether a technique called follicular flushing helps collect more eggs during IVF for women with low ovarian reserve. Researchers will compare the flushing method against standard single aspiration in 40 participants. Each woman will have one ovary treated with each method to see which works better.
