New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat leukemia

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called eganelisib, both by itself and combined with an existing chemotherapy drug (cytarabine), in adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or related blood disorder has returned or not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to find safe dose levels and see if the treatment shows any signs of fighting the cancer. About 125 participants will help researchers understand how the body processes the drug and what side effects it may cause.
