New hope for advanced endometrial cancer: triple therapy trial launches
NCT ID NCT05077215
First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether adding the drug EG007 to the standard combination of lenvatinib and pembrolizumab can better control advanced endometrial cancer. About 450 women whose cancer has returned or spread despite prior chemotherapy will be randomly assigned to receive either the triple therapy or the standard two-drug regimen. The main goal is to see if the new combination delays cancer growth longer than the current treatment.
