Tapping and tunes: a new hope for stressed Moms-to-Be?
NCT ID NCT07559071
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether two simple, drug-free techniques—Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and music therapy—can help high-risk pregnant women with ruptured membranes feel less anxious and depressed. About 177 women will be randomly assigned to receive one of these therapies or standard care. The goal is to see if these approaches improve emotional well-being, coping skills, and even baby's heart rate patterns.
