First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looked at whether Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a type of tapping therapy, can help people who have had melanoma feel less anxious and less afraid of their cancer coming back. 56 adults who were in remission from melanoma took part. The results may show if EFT is a useful tool for easing emotional distress after a serious cancer diagnosis.
