New study to monitor High-Dose flu shot safety in seniors

Summary
This study will check the safety of a high-dose flu vaccine called Efluelda Tetra in adults aged 65 and older in South Korea. About 670 people will receive the vaccine as part of their regular care and be monitored for side effects over about a month. The goal is to see how often reactions like soreness or fever occur in real-world use.
