Summary

This study tested the long-term safety of efgartigimod injections in 184 people with generalized myasthenia gravis, a chronic disease that causes muscle weakness. Participants received repeated treatment cycles over time. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and tolerable when used long-term, and to measure its effects on daily living and antibody levels.
