Summary

This study looks at how the way you perceive effort during resistance exercise affects blood sugar control and psychological responses in people with prediabetes. About 48 adults aged 18 to 75 with prediabetes will take part. Researchers will compare different levels of perceived effort during weight training to see if it improves glucose levels and exercise adherence.
