Summary

This study tests a drug called finerenone in people who have received a kidney transplant. The goal is to see if it can help protect the new kidney and reduce complications. About 100 adults who are 1 to 10 years post-transplant will take either finerenone or a placebo. Researchers will check how well the drug is tolerated and if it improves kidney health.
