Summary

This study tests whether two dietary supplements (Congaplex and Immuplex) can improve fingernail ridges and hair health in healthy adults aged 18 to 75. Participants will take supplements for 6 months, and researchers will measure changes in nail ridges, hair density, and thickness. The goal is to see if these supplements can ease age-related cosmetic changes.
