Summary

This study looks at how adding a specific type of fat (butter, coconut oil, olive oil, or sunflower oil) to your daily meals for two weeks changes the bacteria in your gut and their activity. Healthy adults aged 20-50 will provide stool and blood samples to measure gut health and blood fats. The goal is to understand which fats are better for gut health.
