Brain wave tracking may prevent Kids' Post-Surgery delirium

Summary

This study compares two brain-monitoring methods (EEG and BIS) during anesthesia to see which better prevents confusion and agitation in children after surgery. About 540 children aged 1-6 having hernia or testicle surgery will take part. The goal is to find a safer, more comfortable recovery for young patients.
