Summary

This study tested a new way to analyze brain wave recordings (EEG) to see if it can tell the difference between people with epilepsy and healthy people. Researchers looked at special high-frequency brain signals called HFOs. 80 adults took part. The goal is to find a simple, noninvasive tool to help doctors diagnose epilepsy more accurately.
