First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether listening to a special audio track, adjusted in real-time based on brain activity, could improve focus, memory, and relaxation in healthy adults. Twenty-five participants completed sessions with either the active audio or a sham version. The goal was to see if this sound technology could positively influence brain states.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward a non-invasive way to boost focus and relaxation using sound.
What could go wrong
