First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested whether listening to binaural beats—special audio tones—adjusted in real-time based on brain activity could improve attention, memory, and relaxation in healthy adults. Twenty-five participants completed tasks measuring focus and well-being while listening to either real or fake (sham) audio tracks. The goal was to see if this technology could help people think clearer and feel better.
