Can changing how you think about pain ease your aching back?
NCT ID NCT07460011
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a special type of education about pain to standard core-strengthening exercises helps people with long-term, unexplained low back pain. It will involve 62 adults who have had back pain for at least three months. One group will do exercises plus learn how pain works in the nervous system, while the other group will do exercises alone, to see which approach better reduces pain and fear of movement.
