Summary

This study tests a new medicine called EDG-7500 in 100 adults with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a condition where the heart muscle is too thick. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can help reduce pressure inside the heart. Participants will receive either a single or multiple doses, and doctors will monitor their heart function and any side effects.
