Summary
This study tests an experimental daily pill (PF-08049820) for adults with moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) who have not found a suitable prescription treatment. About 200 participants will take either the study drug or a placebo for 12 weeks, and researchers will track changes in skin rash and itching. The goal is to see if the medicine is safe and can reduce eczema symptoms.
