Summary

This study is testing whether a medicine called abrocitinib can safely and effectively control moderate-to-severe eczema in children aged 6 to under 12. About 150 children will be randomly assigned to receive either the real medicine or a placebo (a look-alike pill with no medicine) for 16 weeks. Researchers will measure improvements in skin condition and itching, and monitor safety throughout the study.
