Summary

This study looks at the mental health of 1,000 to 1,450 teenagers aged 14-19 in Quito, Ecuador. Researchers will survey teens about their lifestyle habits and social factors to understand what helps or hurts their emotional well-being. The goal is to design better programs to support teen mental health and inform public policy.
