Scientists reprogram Patients' own cells to fight advanced liver cancer

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new personalized treatment called ECT204 T-cell therapy for adults with advanced liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) that has not responded to at least two other treatments. Doctors collect a patient's own immune cells, genetically modify them in a lab to better target cancer cells, and then infuse them back into the patient. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if this approach can help control the cancer.
