Summary
This small pilot study aims to test the safety of a blood-filtering treatment called extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) for people with Stiff Person Syndrome. The study will enroll 3 participants to see how well they tolerate the procedure and monitor for side effects. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment might reduce muscle stiffness and spasms.
