Summary
This study aims to find early signs in the blood and lungs that show whether a treatment called ECP is working for lung transplant patients with chronic rejection (CLAD). Participants, who are already scheduled to receive standard ECP treatment, will give small blood samples and some will have optional MRI scans. The goal is to help doctors predict treatment success faster in the future, though there is no direct benefit to participants.
