New device tested for heart pain relief

NCT ID NCT06571370

Summary

This study compared a new ECP device to an existing one to see if they work similarly. ECP devices use leg cuffs to improve blood flow to the heart, which can help relieve chest pain (angina). Fifty-two adults with stable coronary artery disease tried both devices in a random order so researchers could measure their effects on blood pressure waves.
