Summary
This program provides access to an investigational drug called ecopipam for people with Tourette's disorder who cannot use standard treatments. It aims to gather more information on the drug's long-term safety and how well it is tolerated. Eligible participants, aged 6 to 50, will take the medication daily under their doctor's guidance while researchers monitor their health and quality of life.
