Can a 6-Week class change how teens eat for the planet?

NCT ID NCT07326787

Summary

This study tested a 6-week educational program designed to teach teenagers about the connection between food choices, climate change, and the environment. Researchers wanted to see if the program could help teens adopt more sustainable eating habits and feel more confident about making healthy food choices. Sixty students were randomly assigned to either take the weekly classes or continue with their normal school routine, and their knowledge and attitudes were tracked for several months.
