First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a five-week eco-friendly nutrition class could improve women's understanding of sustainable food and their eating habits. 122 women from a local Women's Club took surveys about their food knowledge and behaviors before, right after, and one month after the class. The goal was to see if the training helped them make more environmentally friendly and healthy food choices.
