Summary

This study tests a new procedure called Endoscopic Cardial Constriction Ligation (ECCL) for people with severe acid reflux that doesn't improve with medication. About 46 adults aged 18-80 will receive the procedure using a special disposable endoscope. Researchers will check if symptoms like heartburn and acid regurgitation improve over 6 months, and monitor for any complications.
