Summary
This study looked at whether eccentric exercise (lengthening muscles while they contract) can reduce muscle stiffness and improve walking and balance in children with spastic cerebral palsy. 42 children aged 6 to 18 took part. The goal was to see if this type of training could help them move more easily and feel steadier on their feet.
