Summary
This early-phase study tests a method to inject the chemotherapy drug cisplatin directly into lung tumors using a bronchoscope (EBUS-guided needle). The goal is to find the highest safe dose for people with stage IV lung cancer. Only 16 participants are enrolled, and the main focus is on side effects, not on curing the disease.
