Does WHEN you eat change how you sleep?

NCT ID NCT07444671

Summary

This study aimed to learn if eating only during a limited time window each day affects sleep and how the body processes sugar. It involved 13 healthy adults who were monitored for two weeks, including two overnight lab stays. Researchers compared sleep patterns and blood sugar responses during a week of normal eating versus a week of time-restricted eating.
