Summary

This study aims to understand the link between eating habits and health in Slovenia's defense sector employees. Researchers will survey 125 military and civilian workers about their diets and measure health indicators like vitamin D levels and body composition. The goal is to gather information to create future recommendations for healthier eating at work.
