Summary

This study aims to understand what athletes themselves believe causes eating disorders in sports and how these problems could be better prevented. Researchers will interview 30 competitive athletes—some with eating disorders and some without—to compare their perspectives. The goal is to gather insights that could help create better prevention guidelines and support systems in sports organizations.
