Summary
This study is testing whether a program called the Body Project can help prevent eating disorders in youth aged 15-22 in Nova Scotia. Participants attend group sessions led by peer mentors and fill out questionnaires. The goal is to see if the program is acceptable, useful, and effective at reducing risk factors like body dissatisfaction.
