Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether a brief group workshop can help prevent eating disorders in young women at Mexican universities. The 2-session program aims to help participants challenge social pressures about body image and develop healthier attitudes. Researchers will see if students find the program helpful and if it shows early signs of reducing body dissatisfaction.
