NCT ID NCT06581913
Summary
This study aimed to understand the relationship between eating awareness, acceptance of food cravings, and general health perceptions in healthy young adults. Researchers surveyed 120 participants aged 18-30 using questionnaires about their eating habits and wellness views. The goal was to gather information to help raise awareness about these topics, not to test a treatment.
