First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looked at how healthy young adults (ages 18-30) think about eating, handle food cravings, and view their own health and wellness. Researchers surveyed 120 participants using several questionnaires to measure eating awareness, acceptance of cravings, healthy lifestyle awareness, and health perception. The goal was simply to gather information, not to test a treatment or change health outcomes.
