Summary
This study tested a six-week psychological resilience workshop for first-year university students after the 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquakes. 32 students were randomly assigned to either the workshop or a control group. The workshop used cognitive-behavioral techniques and creative activities to help students understand emotions and build support networks. The goal was to see if the workshop could improve resilience and well-being in the short and long term.
