Summary

This study looked at whether wearing earplugs and an eye mask during an MRI scan can lower anxiety in adults. 72 people with injuries to the chest, neck, brain, or joints took part. Researchers measured anxiety, heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, and oxygen levels before and after the scan to see if these simple tools made a difference.
