Doctors test early fix for silent heart valve issue
NCT ID NCT01406353
Summary
This study is comparing two approaches for people with a moderate heart valve narrowing who feel fine. One group gets a procedure to fix the valve early, while the other group follows standard care with regular check-ups. The goal is to see if the early procedure can prevent future heart problems like stroke or heart failure better than waiting.
