Summary
This study looks at whether adding extra nutrients (fortification) to breast milk early helps premature babies (born at 28-31 weeks) gain weight and handle feedings better. About 96 infants will be split into two groups: one gets fortified milk early, the other later. The goal is to see which approach leads to better growth and fewer feeding problems.
