Summary
This early study is testing the safety and function of Abbott's new balloon-expandable TAVI system for treating severe, symptomatic aortic stenosis. The study involves 11 adult patients with a severely narrowed aortic heart valve who are experiencing symptoms. Researchers are evaluating whether the new valve can be successfully implanted and functions properly.
