Ultrasound-Guided recovery could transform stroke care
NCT ID NCT07232498
Summary
This study is testing if using a simple ultrasound scan to check a patient's blood flow can help doctors decide the safest time to start moving them after a stroke. Researchers want to see if this personalized, guided approach leads to better recovery three months later compared to current standard practices. The trial will involve 1,300 adults who have recently had a stroke.
